Executive & Leadership Coaching
Because of my experiences over many years learning alongside mentors who committed their time and talents to helping me grow and realize success, I am passionate about working with executives and other leaders to help them do the same! As a coach, I employ a powerful ontological approach to learning intended to shift clients as “Observers” of the world of possibilities available to them as leaders.
Depending on their stated needs, I work with leaders in the learning domains of language, moods and emotions, and body somatics to identify challenges, establish goals, and co-create actions intended to help them grow and become more effective in their roles. I most often conduct coaching engagements with individuals but am open to working with groups of up to 4-5 team members at a time. I work with clients to determine whether on-site, virtual, or sessions hosted at my home office will be most appropriate, given their goals.
Personal Development Coaching
I apply the same ontological approach to coaching individuals interested in maximizing their potential and redefining possibilities for leading a more meaningful, fulfilling, balanced existence at work or in their personal lives. Given more than 25 years of working directly with middle and high school students and their families, I coach adolescents as well as adults.
